HELLENIC AMERICAN ACADEMY

AFTER SCHOOL DRAMA CLASSES
BEGIN MONDAY, OCTOBER 1

Ages 6-8, Mondays 3:15 – 4:15 & Mondays 4:30 – 5:30
Ages 9-11, Tuesdays 3:15 – 4:15 & Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:30
Ages 9-13, Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:00
Ages 12-14, Thursdays 4:00 – 5:15 & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:45
Ages 15-16, Fridays 4:00 – 5:30
Ages 17-18, Saturdays 2:00 – 4:00

The first three months of each class will consist of instruction on
voice, movement and other elements of the dramatic art, as well as
exercises and theatrical games. Rehearsals for a play written
specifically for each particular class will start on January, 2008
through the end of the school year.

Performances will take place during May 2008
Classes will be limited to ten students each on a first come first
served basis



Tuition due by the end of October, 2007


Rehearsals for two Greek plays "Ζητείται Ψεύτης" (Wanted: Liar) by Demetris Psathas and "Ένας Ιππότης για τη Βασσούλα" (A Knight for Vassoula) by Yiannis Pretenteris are scheduled to start the first two weeks of October.  

The two plays will be produced by the Adult Theatre Group of the Academy.
