Classical Studies
Students
are introduced to the ancient Greek and Latin languages and the
classical civilization. They examine ancient life and thought and
build a
foundation for the study of other literature, culture, and
civilizations.
They improve their English and Greek vocabulary by studying and
analyzing
words of Greek and Latin origin. Overall, they become creative
& critical
thinkers and better speakers & writers.
Solving Problems
Students recognize and investigate problems and
formulate / propose
solutions supported by reason and evidence.

Making Connections
Students recognize and apply connections of
important information and ideas within and among learning areas.
