Days/Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 7:45a.m. – 3:45p.m.

Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Greek Language Teacher. The teacher will deliver engaging, standards-based instruction, foster academic growth and create a supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessment, collaboration with colleagues, communication with families, and supporting students’ social-emotional development.
Responsibilities :
• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with school’s curriculum standards
• Provide instruction that supports academic achievement and critical thinking skills
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessments
• Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Collaborate with grade-level teams and administration
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events
• Support students’ social-emotional growth and uphold school’s Greek Orthodox policies and values
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to teaching
• Native Greek Speaking and/or Certification in teaching Greek Language
• Experience teaching elementary grades (Preferred)
• Enthusiasm for teaching the Greek Language and Culture
